Client spent over a year and a half in jail before we took over the case. He was charged with; aggravated kidnapping, obstruction of justice, possession with the intent to distribute schedule I, convicted felon in possession of firearm, illegal possession of stolen firearm. All charges except for the obstruction of justice were dismissed and the client received a time-served sentence and was released from custody.
